There were unexpected positives that were a surprise: 1. Skin cleared up all over body.. no more acne, etc.. 2. Hypertension disappeared, no longer need hydrochlorothiazide 3. Cholesterol in a good range, do not need lipitor anymore 4. more even keel personality, fewer and less pronounced mood swings 5. excellent muscle recovery from wrestling 6. sleeping longer and better 7. allergies that once were serious enough for an Epipen intevention, no longer occur. I am no longer as sensitive to the allergins that could put me into anaphalectic shock! E.g.. Fish, animal dander, nuts, etc... now only require an occaissional ventolin/albuterol inhaler
