Um, LOVED them. I had never really shopped at Anthro, but went in there late last night. Everyone was SO incredibly helpful. I was trying to find something to wear to a wedding in a beach town, and was totally lost. I was there when they were closing, but was not rushed AT ALL. In fact, they told me I could still look around past the time that they were closed. The manager was so nice, took time with me as did the girl in the fitting room and the cashier. It was so nice not to feel shoved out of a store. I found several things I liked and bought for just regular clothing, but still was unsure about my wedding outfit. One of the girls even recommended a couple of other places to look for what I needed - who does that?? Had a wonderful experience there; seriously fantastic people. Clothes price point is accurate for the quality: well made clothes that don't cost a fortune. I will definitely be back.

I love Anthropologie stores but I will have to give a bad review for the store at 5av.
First of all, I bought a top, brought it home, and waited for the opportunity to use it. After almost 1 month I noticed that the top had the security tag attached. (first mistake)
I went to store to solve the problem, and the alarm sounded when I entered in the store. The security guy asked me if I bought something and I explained the whole situation. He told me to go to the cashier. I felt embarrassed, but that's ok, it is his job.
I didn't have the receipt on me, but I had my Antrohrocard, which is supposed to have all the purchase history, but it wasn't on it, making the problem even worse. (second mistake)
The cashier couldn't find the purchase in the system, and asked for help from another sales woman next to her...But also she couldn't find it either. Then, they called the manager, who asked me some questions, such as: where did I buy it? (at the same store) when, from whom...(third mistake: the cashiers should know well how to use the system)
After a while, another person from the store found my receipt in the system and then they took off the security tag from the top. At this time, I was so embarrassed and felt so uncomfortable, I don't know if they thought I had shoplifted it.
And to complete my bad experience, when I turned around to go home, I noticed that the security guard was looking at me; instead of being at the door, he was close to the cashiers. It might be a coincidence, but it was very very uncomfortable for me. I had to look for something else to buy as birthday gift, but after that I gave up to stay at and just left that store as soon as possible.
It was a series of unpleasant mistakes...
