So this has always been a favorite place of mine...until I gave up dairy. The cauliflower pizza is a perfect, delicious and nutritious pizza if you just hold the cheese BUT the Wayne location refused to do that. Their reason......its their signature pie and they wont make changes. Not that they cant, they just don't want to. I explained I was a vegan and don't eat cheese and they still would not accommodate. So instead I had a salad and pie with onions and peppers and no cheese- and it really wasn't very good. I felt the need to post this because I have been to other Anthony's where they were happy to make the change for me, but this manager just wouldn't. I don't know if I will go back because I don't appreciate places that wont respect morals other than their own.
