There very over priced they often take long to get to you drivers and dispatcher are very rude DO NOT CALL CALL WHITE ROSE INSTEAD!!!!!

This cab company is the worst. I recommend to not call. I called a driver to a store i was in, in a plaza and some ladys flagged him down and he took the 2 ladies then when i told him he told me to sit in the front seat i said no i wqsnt going to share a cab with someone when i called for my self. Then when i called the conpany to tell them what the driver did they gave me an attitude. These people are just money hungry and assholes i would never ride with them again.

Waited for the cab for 20 minutes. Our toddler was with us as we had a doctor's appointment. When the cab arrived, the driver answered his cell phone while driving. We asked him 3 times to hang up because our child was with us in the car. He didn't and totally ignored us. He only hung up when I yelled at him (mom instincts). When we called the dispatcher to complain, he didn't care. We called the cops and they asked us to stop the cab. When we asked the driver, he ignored us and continued driving. I was getting scared and luckily my husband saw a cop in the street and called for help while almost jumping out of the car and the cop drove after the taxi with lights flashing and stopped the taxi driver. He then lied to the officer and said that he was called on the radio,to which I called him a fat liar. The cop took his info and all and we transfered to another cab and were charged full price anyways. This company does not care about your family's safety and will kidnap you for 7.50$. Terrible DANGEROUS experience

This was the worst car service I've ever used. They charged my credit card $20 over what they told me they were charging. They could not give me a reciept for the transaction. When I called the company several times they said they will have the manager call back but no one ever called. The car was filthy and actually falling apart, The driver was short and aloof but not bad enough to complain about. This company blatantly stole from me. Stay far away, call Uber or anyone else.
I have never written a bad review about any company except for this one.
