I used this guy for purchasing a home. Simple stuff, review documents and do the closing. He seemed decent from the get-go. As time went by he did nothing.. It would take him days to get back to sellers attorney or my self. It got to a point where the seller almost backed out of the deal.
Even ordering something simple as a title search took him 3 weeks!
