Ans Rigul Limo

So very disappointed. We used ANS services for airport pick up and drop off. First, we had an early flight when they came to pick us up, we live in an apartment complex and were left staring at the Chrysler with the passenger smoking out the window until they asked if we were the ones they were picking up. Ok, fine I can deal with that. As they were dropping us off we reconfirmed when they would pick us up and when we would call, their office had all the flight information already. Coming back the flight was delayed on the runway at LGA so I called the owner to let him know, he said it was fine give him a call back when we got our luggage from baggage claim. I did so, but he didn't pick up, so I left a voice mail. He called back about 10 minutes later confirming our location and said his guy would put on his flashers then call back to confirm it's his driver. Thirty minutes go by I call because no one has come, he doesn't pick up. We don't get a driver until an hour after we picked up our luggage (the company is located twenty minutes from the airport). To find out the owner never had anyone waiting for us, like we discussed, and told his son after I called from baggage claim which was 30 minutes AFTER we were supposed to arrive. Apparently his son was in CT picking up his friend (our passenger). Yes his son apologized but at this point I was so upset that I was not told the truth and his father purposely did not pick up my phone calls that none of it mattered. I would NEVER use their services again, completely unprofessional.

ANS Rigul limo was on time an the car and driver were clean and friendly. Cost was good, and everyone had good things to say about how nice the car looked. Will call again.
