They are absolutely deceiving! When i went there to return something they didn't give me the exact amount i needed. I went to check with all 3 cashiers and only 2 said the amount i needed to get back and the other one, who was the manager, tried tricking me by deducting at least $10 from the amount i needed to get back. The cloths were in good condition, not in final sale, and I followed the return policy. So she should have no complaints. She was talking to me as if i was STUPID. And in the end i was correct. And afterwards my daughter heard her mumbling insults about me to the other cashiers. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR MONEY PEOPLE. I WILL NEVER RETURN BACK TO THIS SHOP AGAIN! good luck.

i bought a few items on sale. Shoes did not fit as well as i would have liked and wanted to return. I was told these were final sale, the shoes were not marked as such, only on sale and the manager would not refund or issue a gift card. I dont often buy final sale items, but when i do, the items are clearly marked on the item, sometimes on the receit also so there is no confusion. Anni Sez lose a customer over a $20 sale.
