Anna's Italian Kitchen

Terrible service. Not that good of food. This place was so much better five years ago. Now a days the food has no flavor, the staff is terribly rude and they have their regulars which they definitely favor! Would not recommend this place. Food not worth the price, apps were cold and uncooked, and the meatless lasagna was the worst tasting lasagna I ever had in my life!

Seems like a nice place to eat however the bad is all the employees smoke in front of the building and it smells because of it they need to remove the smoke holders and smoke in back of the building

I was on a way to a business meeting and looked for something to eat in the area.
Came into the restaurant the doors were open but nobody was there, I made my way into the kitchen and Anna was there. She told me that the place is closed until 4PM.

After I made a sad face she just asked me "what do you want to eat?"

I felt like she was my mom who could not let me leave hungry.

The food was great and the feeling of being home away from home was very cool.

The first Time I went there which was Five years ago I thought it was great. I went there last night and didn't feel the same way. The waiter was extremely rude . The appetizer was soggy and cold, My entree was the fettuccine Bolognese which was cold and didn't have enough sauce on it. The so called freshly grated Parmesan was not freshly grated it seemed like something you find in a cheap pizzeria. The only good thing I found were the desserts the Cannoli's were fresh and excellent , other than that Ill never go back . Service lousy , food just okay . No thanks

@ Chris Walsh. You just proved my point. If you are a regular you get great service. We picked up on that right away about 5 minutes after we were seated. First we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to even offer us water. Then he came back with bread and olives and NOTHING TO DRINK. Nor did he offer to open our wine. When he finally came back with water we had to ask about getting our wine opened. He never offered us a bucket for our white wine, which other diners had. Two larger parties were seated after us and received their salads and entrees well before us. We saw our waitress exactly twice. Once to give us the specials and that special 'duh' face of hers when we asked to see the menus. It took over an hour for our entrees to come out and mine was cold. The waitress never came back to check on us or offer pepper for either our salad or our entrees. The espresso was served without a lemon twist...unheard of. I've made better tiramisu at home. I've been to Italy and had better service in restaurants that didn't speak English and far better food. Maybe Anna should visit Italy soon.
