The lady told my friend she could move in with a certain amount and on moving day she asked for a 700 dollar realty fee for a room for rent with a shared bathroom..tries To take advantage of someone in that situation . Im outraged people like that exist. It wasnt even a client of hers it was the lady best friend who had it available. Unprofessional and obviously not a successful full time real estate agent
