Ann Chong Nails

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE! I called at 6:30 asked them if it was ok to come in, knowing it's Friday night and they might be busy. They told me to come in. Got There at 6:38. I was asked what I was here for I said a refill, I had just called. She said ok 15 mins. Now at 7:07 Ann looks at me and asks me what am I getting again. I told her a refill once again. She looked at me and said come back tomorrow. Such a terrible place they could've told me that 30 mins prior and I would've took my money else where now everything is closed and I work for the neXT 5 days. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN

Terrible customer service.
I went to Ann's nails on a Monday after receiving a gift certificate to get my nails done there. I arrived at the nail salon at 4pm after getting off of school and was told there would be no longer then an hour wait. At 6:40pm I was still waiting to be seen, and was then approached by Ann and was told to come back on Wednesday. After asking if I could just make an appointment for that following day (Tuesday) instead of having to wait two days which would have made it December 23rd knowing that not only would I be busy, but the nail salon would have more then just the 6 people waiting to be seen as it did the 21st I was told to either come Wednesday or not at all. They were extremely disrespectful and I would NEVER go there again.
