my daughter was hit by a car and after going to the hospital she was contacted by this fiirm . upon retaining them the case lagged for about two years. finally back in December of 2012 they call up and say that that a settlement was reached . this settlement which was offered was very low but being that she needed the money she accepted. she went to the office and sign for an $8000 settlement and the firm took eight thousand for their work. it's now going on a April 2013 and her check still has not arrived after repeated calls and letters to the firm. Anise & Anise is terrible and horrible the way that they treat their clients and the settlement which they provide for the persons for which they are working.
