The only place that makes staffed pizzas in Astoria #delicious

I have been excited to try this pizza for a long time. It is right around the corner and my girlfriend and I were getting ready for work, so we chose delivery to make it more time efficient. When the pizza got here, we opened the box to find that our margarita pizza was incredibly disfigured. All of the toppings were smushed down to one end like it had been carried on its side. I called the place for a refund because we were leaving for work, he said that he would fix it and send us a new one, despite my insistence that I was in a rush and just wanted a refund. The delivery lady came back and I showed her the pizza, to which she said that it was not possible, that she carried it normally. I told her I wanted a refund, she said to call back. So I did. I told the guy I was in a hurry and just wanted a refund. He then had the audacity to say that I had taken the time to smush all the toppings and ruin the pizza. Why? Because I am insignificant and have nothing better to do with my time. His words, not mine. He continued to refuse a refund, saying that his delivery person would never do this. He said that I am the type of person that orders pizza because I cannot provide for myself. All because I was dissatisfied with the way my pizza showed up. I finally had to go through Seamless to get it all fixed. Thanks, Seamless, for having to fix a problem that the company could not fix themselves.

The best pizza by real Italians awesome service

I ordered delivery after the hotel staff said the place was good. The delivery was pretty quick and about the time what the guy said on the phone. The delivery guy was polite and attentive.
Unfortunately the pizza was soggy, bland and luke warm. The chicken wings were also soggy and luke warm. the Spice OK but just a store bought hot sauce.

Pizza in Astoria/Long Island City usually sucks. However, this little out of the way place is absolutely delicious. The space is cute and clean, but there is limited seating.
