Everybody in the house was sneezing. I called Angstrom Testing. They came within a day. They said the back wall of the kitchen was wet. They said rain was coming in from above the sliding doors to the backyard. They cut a hole in the wall and showed me the mold on the back of the sheetrock. They covered the hole with plastic.
They came out within a day and did the inspection. They emailed me a report within a few days. The report explained the problem, had some pictures of the mold, and described the steps to perform the remediation work. It was pretty straightforward. Not a lot of boiler plate fluff. Professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
