When are you going to lose that RUDE staff of yours?? When you lose your business ?? O well, can't say we all didn't try & warn you...o BTW your competitors pizzas are just as good without the attitude of the smart ass who answers the phone & sometimes delivers & double parks on streets when he does!! Get the broom out & clean house!!!

So I ordered my food on a separate website and accidentally clicked pick-up instead of delivery. An hour later with obviously no call from the delivery guy telling me to come out for my order and I was annoyed. I called up, realized my mistake, and then had the whole experience turned around. The manager understood, apologized that he was too busy to deliver so I had to go pick it up, but wasn't mad that he had my order waiting forever thinking it was a prank call or something. My food was still warm and absolutely delicious. He even comped me the slice of pizza I ordered when I got there to hold me over till I got back home. Just made a lifetime customer out of me for sure.
