Angel Nail

DO NOT GO THERE!!! Horrible customer service ! The Asian lady has nasty attitude and there's one Hispanic employee who always has an attitude and every customer complains about her - she sucks at pedicures and manicure me and rolls her eyes when u ask her to do something . I went there for a fill and 5 days later a nail came off , I went for a full on that nail and two days later the nail came off . I went in and told them to stop rushing the process and use a different glue . Another customer was complaining about a similar issue that day the Asian lady and another Asian guy were yelling at her. Absolutely terrible! Save your money! Read the other reviews !

I had a very bad experience here, even though I came here before for a pedicure and eye brow this topped it. I went one Sunday evening after waiting about 2 hours to be attended to get a gel full set. The asian lady that attended me rushed to get my nails done. The nails came out bulky and with bubbles with the color. Extremely disappointed I left not even tipping the lady. I came back after four days to get my nails fixed after having a minor disagreement with the asian lady she fixed one hand as for the other hand she said they looked fine. Again disappointed, I decided never to come back here AGAIN. Save yourself the aggravation, time and money - go elsewhere!

I'm writing this as a PSA: I had an important event to attend and had limited time to get my mani/pedi before leaving for the venue. Despite the fact that I scheduled an appointment with an angry man the day prior and showed up early, I was met with disinterest and a bit of hostility. My manicurist seemed to be aggravated that I was there so when he failed to clean my fingernails or trim my cuticles, I silently resolved to get the heck out of there asap and go somewhere else. My French manicured tips were nothing more than clear polish over gross gym nails AND "natural-looking" cuticles covered in jagged acrylic. Long story short: $65 for the poor service, a 4 hour drive in the car and a looming deadline, I checked into my hotel and ran to the spa to have my nails re-done. This salon is walking distance from my home and I'll never go there again.

I waited 45 minutes to get my nails done on a Saturday, but eventually had to use the bathroom. I asked the nail technician if I had enough time to go—I was told yes, I could. However, when I got out of the restroom, the nail person starting working on someone else. When I why, I was completely ignored me. Can you believe the level of rudeness to a customer?

It was really good expensive but worth it
