I had surgery 02/22/16 ..Less than 5 months later I am only experiencing muscle pain mostly now through the healing process . After immense nerve pain you know the difference!! As long as you follow your healing plan and get physical therapy you will be glad you went to him. As I will tell anyone... I recommend Dr. Casden only if you want to improve your quality of life! On April 7th,2016 Dr. Casden and his team performed a miracle. My other spine surgeon whom I have the utmost respect for sent me to Dr. Casden as I was kyphotic and in constant pain. Dr. Casden was his mentor and I am more than pleased. I am standing straight again and my pain is slowly dissipating. I had two spine fusions on my lower back prior to seeing Dr. Casden. He and his team worked on me for approximately 12 hours and I am so pleased with Dr. Casden and his whole team. They provided top notch care . I usually saw someone from his team in the afternoon and Dr. Casden every morning.. I cannot tell you how thankful I am. I am fused from T-4 to S-1 and honestly I have no regrets. This man has given me back my life - I was in pain for about six months - miserable - the pain was from my back to my lower leg - I could not sit, walk lean or sleep in bed without having pain - I actually thought i would be an invalid for the rest of my life - I tried acupuncture - chiropractic and everyone else is telling me not to have a back operation - i am free of pain today thanks to Dr.Casden
