Did not send what I ordered, argued about it. I may as well have ordered from 1-800-flowers as that was the typical arrangement that was ultimate sent. I live in FL and had hoped to send sun flowers in a tall vase. Horrible experience.

Eugene and the rest of his staff were more than accommodating on my wife and our budget coming up with an amazing bouquet, boutonnieres and corsages. What she was able to picture in her mind is exactly what they were able to put together.

The telephone service was very cordial and helpful. The person taking the order knew the business and what they had available and how it could be carried out. Made it easy and pleasant after I had to cancel a previous attempt to place the order when I was directed to a call center who had no idea of what kind of arrangement was available.
