This hotel is TRASH!!!!! FIRST WE RESERVE A ROOM TO ACCOMMODATE 5. WE GET THERE AND CHECK IN TO THE FIRST ROOM AND IT DID NOT ACCOMMODATE 5. WE WALKED TO THE ROOM AND THERE WAA THREE HOUSE KEEPERS BASICALLY LOUNGING TALKING.IT HAD TWO DOUBLE BEDS AND THE BATHROOM WAS DIRTY.... HAIR WAS EVERYWHERE.. WE WENT BACK TO THE DESK TO LET THEM KNOW THE BATHROOM WAS DIRTY AND THAT THE ROOM DID NOT ACCOMMODATE THE AMOUNT REQUESTED.... WE WERE THEN TOLD THAT THET COULDNT ACCOMMODATE US WITH A ROOM TO FIT 5 BUT THEY COULD ADD A ROLL AWAY BED BUT WE WOULD BE CHARGED A ADDITIONAL $12 . SOBYOU WOULD THINK BECAUSE THEY CANT ACCOMMODATE WHAT WAS ADVERTISED WE WOULD BE ABLE TO REFUND THE AMOUNT.....NO WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD STILL BE CHARGE 1 OF THE 3 NIGHTS WE ORIGINALLY RESERVED....SO NOW WE HAD TO MAKE THE CHOICE OF PAYING $12 EXTRA DOLLARS OR LOSE $176.......NOW THE CONDITION OF THE ROOMS.. THE ONLY THING NICE ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS THE LOBBY. THEY HAVE NOT UPDATED THESE ROOMS PAST THE NEWER MODEL TELEVISION. THE BEDS ARE OLD AMD MATTRESSES WORN... THE ELEVATOR TAKES SO LONG TO COME AND PLEASE MOVE FAST WHEN GETTING IN BECAUSE THE DOOR DOESNT STOP IF YOU HAPPEN TO NOT BE ALL THE WAY IN WITH YOUR LUGGAGE.... PARKING IS HORRIBLE. THEY HAVE MAYBE 20 SPACES UNDER THE BUILDING AND THEN 10 ON THE SIDE.... THEN MAKE SURE YOU WALK FAST TO YOUR CAR WITH A NOSE MASK BECAUSE THEYRE WAS TWO PEOPLE SITTING OUTSIDE ON THE ONLY STEPS THAT LEAD TO THE STEPS SMOKING WEED. AND IF YOU HAVE ASHMA MAKE SURE YOU BRING A INHALER BECAUSE THE DUST AND DANDER IN THE CURTAINS AND WINDOW SEAL WILL KILL YOU... I ONLY GAVE THIS HOTEL 1 STAR BECAUSE THE SHEETS WERE CLEAN AND TWO OF THE GOUSE KEEPERS TRIED THEYRE BEST TO MAKE US HAPPY UNLIKE THE SO CALLED MANAGER. THIS HOTEL IS TRASH!!!!

When I read the original reviews on this hotel i was skeptical about staying however i did not have a bad experience. If you want a hotel with a lot of amenities because you will actually be spending your days inside of the room then this place is not for you. However, if you are a busy traveler and plan to just sleep, poop, and travel this is a good choice. The rooms are older but they are clean the staff is extremely helpful. The area is nice with accessibility to public transportation. I went to Hempstead for an event took me no time to get there from the hotel. I do think it is a little pricey but overall it was not bad . This review is written by a self proclaimed hotel snob.
