How would you like to have to bring your car back 7 times and still not have it fixed? How would you like to bring your car in for repair on a Wednesday evening and on Saturday find out they haven't even looked at your car yet? If this is the kind of service you want then this is the place for you! I purchased my car from a used car dealer with a warranty for one year-- this is the place I was sent to-- and in my 45 years, was the absolute worst customer service experience ever! Possibly he could be a good mechanic, but should I have to wait that long for a minor repair? My guess is he overcommits himself and falls short on time-- if you are ok with not having your car back in a timely fashion-- give this place a try-- otherwise I suggest passing on this repair shop.
