Customer service very horrible... I understand they are busy but its not an excuse to keep your customers on hold for 10/15mins or hang up on them.

This store has one of the best selections of cards and chocolate in the area! I have been here to buy stuff and joined their membership rewards program. If you comment on their survey you get $2.00 off anything in the store which is easy to do. I will be back next week-you should too!
