Greatest and best deli I ever been 2 food is amazing only thing the grill turns off at like 2 a.m which kind of sucks for hot foods but the guys are cool and efficient with the making of foods.

I've ordered countless times from Amy's Deli over the phone to place a delivery, and just as many times as I've ordered, they've gotten the order wrong. They forget to add things or charge you for things you've ordered but you didn't get and with the receipt not showing clearly what items you get, you can't call them out on it. My family gives them the benefit of the doubt but they've screwed us over too many times. The food is pretty good but the service is down right terrible, especially over the weekends and late at night. That's when they get lazy! If I had to rate them on a 1-5 they'd get at least a 2.

Love to go there Monday to Friday the service is great BUT on the weekend there is a guy form egypt that is just angry with the world and is very rude to customers ...... So I am a regular customer only Monday to Friday

I went to this deli looking to get an Italian hoagie. I walked up to the guy at the counter and asked him if they made hoagies. He's Indian and didn't speak English, so I went to the other guy behind the counter and asked if they made hoagies. He said, "no make we only hero." Okay, I thought, we're in New York they don't know how to make good subs here. (no offense). So I thought I'd just tell him what I want on a roll. I asked him if they had olive oil. The guy looks at me like I'm speaking the navajo language. So I said forget the olive oil. I asked him if they had prosciutto. Still he had no idea what I was talking about. I tried mortadella. He'd never heard of the word before. And he works at a deli???? Stay clear of this place. They're full of idiots and don't know what they're doing.
