Purchased a refurbished HP at a GREAT price and the quality is like brand new! These guys don't gouge you on shipping costs - so pay the nominal cost for prompt delivery. I called once to check on status - and an ACTUAL PERSON answered the phone first time (didn't have to route through those absurd "press 1 for sales, press 2 if you have nothing better to do..."); They had my order in the works, and were professional all the way.
