I'm not sure what type of training is required, or what type of people are working here, but the man I spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. I called on behalf of a mutual client to request a mortgage note. He replied with "We don't have it". I said, "Okay..... so who would?". "The servicer". "Okay, who is the servicer?". "I don't know". "Okay, who would?". "The customer". This is exactly why I called in the first place, because the customer does not have his note or recent statement because it is on automatic payment. He proceeded to be rude, and when told I didn't appreciate his attitude, he starting rambling off so I hung up the phone. Not sure how you're in business or how you have business with this type of service.
