Amr A Nayel Md

The complain is about a doctor who's name is Dr. Amr Nayel. He has his office in Astora. He is very rude and irresposible doctor. He is not only misbehave with patients, but with his employees too. Me and my husband went his office .It was very cold outside and I have cold, fever and i am not feeling well. Besides, I have an appointment which i took one week ago. I also need to go to his office because I need to do my blood test which is ordeed by the doctor himself. When I went there I waited more than 30 minute for his employee to call my name. His employee who take vital signs and write patient's report in a form to show to the doctor. In middle of my vital signs, he came to this room and said he is not going to see any young patient and tell them to sent me back home. After that, his employee don't even do my blood draw and told me to go home and make another appointment. I was so shocked and felt very upset and humiliate. He was shouting at his employee in front of patients and telling her that he is going to fire her when he is going to lose his temper. He could tell her by calling her in his office, not in front of everyone. My conclusion is if he can't control his anger and can't deal with busy day he should think about his profession.

I would definitely not recommend this doctor. There's a million patients here. And even if you have an appt, you won't be seen for at least an hour. I will be looking for another doctor immediately
