Inspection on a house can be both tense and worrisome, because you don't want there to be anything wrong with the dwelling but at the same time you want your inspector to find the areas that need attention and possible repairs. One would be hard pressed to find a more suitable and knowledgable inspector than Marc. He took the time to explain and go through the areas he noted thoroughly and in terms in which even new home buyers would appreciate and understand. In addition to his work ethic I appreciated even more the customer service provided after the inspection and beyond. We were in need of documents and extra photos which Marc provided promptly which was key to proceed with the entire purchase. Marc did a wonderful job with the home inspection. This was the second property he looked at for me and I was equally impressed both times.
