Absolutely horrible. They post apartments on craigslist and then when you call they are rude and make it like they dont want to help you. I was stood up after Steve (my broker from there) told me to meet him by the office and he never showed up. He wouldnt take my cell number, didnt even want my name. When I got to this location they called him and said I was waiting and he told them he wasnt coming due to the people not being in. I called him directly after and said there was no way he could reach me. I asked dont you have a record of incoming calls? to which he ignored. So then we rescheduled and he told me to call him at 3 on Monday. When I did he was totally unprepared and said hold on, put his cell phone down and started casually talking to someone else. Then I hear the phone being picked up and click he hung up on me. Horrible service.
