American Womens Services - Woodbridge

Horrible, horrible place! Do not go here! They are liars, extremely rude and unprofessional, they hung up on me four times in a row while trying to talk to someone, refused to let me speak to a supervisor or manager and tried to overcharge me by a lot. The women I spoke to ok the phone was very nasty and was actually yelling at me over a problem I was having with them. Please, no one go here!

Wonderful! They did a great job! I don't know what these other people are talking about. The doctor was nice and the women were very supportive. The office was in a fancy house and I liked it. Very homey, yet professional. Everything went fine and now I'm fine - thanks to them.

Worse place ever, The Dr is rude, very rough and very inconsiderate, I will never recommended this place to anybody. PLEASE DO NO GO HERE

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER... I WAS THERE YESTERDAY. (3/29/2014) FOR THE "TWILIGHT SLEEP SEDATION" AND IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! IT STARTED AT THE FRONT DESK WHERE THEY WERE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. THEY RUSHED ME THROUGH THE FORMS THAT WERE GIVEN TO ME TO BE SIGNED, THEY HAVE ALL THE FEMALES RECOVERING IN ONE ROOM.. I WAS GIVEN THE TRANQUILIZER AND ABOUT 10 MINUTES LATER THEY TOLD ME THE DOCTOR WAS READY FOR ME.. I FELT THE WHOLE PROCEDURE, AND WAS LEFT IN THE ROOM ALONE TO DRESS MYSELF. THANK GOODNESS I DIDN'T FAINT. AFTER THAT, I WAS SAT ON A CHAIR WHERE MY B/P WAS CHECKED THEN I WAS ON MY WAY HOME! THEY HAD ME WALK DOWN A FLIGHT OF STEPS WHILE I WAS STILL DRUGGED UP.. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. IT IS THE WORST PLACE EVER.. EVERYONE WAS RUDE, THEY WERE IN A RUSH, AND DIDN'T GIVE ANYONE TIME TO ACTUALLY BE ALERT BEFORE SENDING THEM HOMW! WORST ABORTION CLINIC EVER..

This place is the worst place you could possibly go. The doctor did not answer any of my questions, I did not receive any counseling and the exam room door was left open allowing anyone to see inside. Also when I was getting changed a woman walked in on me and told me to hurry up. They treat you like the scum on the earth and do not care at all. I got a medical abortion and after four days it still hadn't worked. I called the call center who told me one story and then the medical clinic told me another. The woman refused to allow me to speak with a doctor and furthermore, hung up on me. They also told me I had to wait three additional weeks before my follow up appointment to see what was going on. The woman on the phone much like the doctor was extremely rude and very unhelpful. I finally called the Princeton location- they quickly helped me and told me they would take care of everything. They said they were so sorry that I had to go through this with the Woodbridge clinic and set me up for a follow up appointment. The clinic in Woodbridge is so bad that I am going to figure out who to contact to start an investigation- this place needs to be shut down.
