I had an appointment here and was glad that the doctor was caring and nice. Staff were friendly as well. The office was clean and seemed to be up-to-date with everything. I commend this place for being great.

Staff was great, the doctor however comes in when he feels like it. To have a 10 am appointment and still be waiting for the doctor 1in the afternoon and he is still not in the office is ridiculous. The establishment will not issue a refund and I'm not the only woman waiting for this doctor. I personally would not recommend or refer anyone to their services. A waste of my time and very unprofessional

Some of the staff was nice but the place was dirty.. I do have a major concern though...... according to the website the offer 2 different non-surgical options; the Methotrexate/Misoprostol regimen or Mifepristone/Misoprostol (Mifeprex®) regimen. This last one is actually the one called abortion pill, and I ask for the abortion pill before my visit.
Well, onsite I was given the Methotrexate and me, not at all being and abortion expert had no idea what I was taken- I was under the impression that I took the pill, but thought it was a bit strange that they gave it to me in liquid to drink....

Well, this drug is not at ALL as efficient as the Mifepristone, I later found out.
I was bleeding only a little and had to come in for more Misoprostol but still nothing... I asked to come in for a ultrasound but they refused, saying I had to wait another 2 weeks for my check-up appointment..
Finally I went to another clinic in Hackensack, a very proffesional and clean one and I was told that what I was given was NOT the abortion pill- these days there are very few abortion clinic who give these.... I had to do a surgical abortion after all, because the Methotrexate did not work...perhaps if they would have given me what I asked for in the first place, I would not have gone through all this, the pain and the worry.

Just think about it... oh, btw according to the call center director, they don´t even offer Mifepristone (THE abortion pill), well how about updating your website then??????!!!!

VERY unhappy with their treatment and their place, dark and dirty, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I was surprised at how nice everyone was and how patient and caring the doctor was. I felt I could talk to them and not feel judged and the best part was they did not push me to make a choice I wasn't comfortable with. It was a difficult choice but they made me feel secure. Thank you.
