It was a great plumbing experience with American Way Plumbing. Their techs came well within the time promised and did the work fast and clean! The techs we had were knowledgeable and personable. We definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

I actually called American Way plumbing to exchange our old Air Conditioner and they've done an great job, however the new Air Conditioner was damaged from our factory and it had taken an additional day to have it working, they will sent someone in over a Sunday and got that working with no problem in any way. They arrived on time and fixed our Air Conditioner. Very friendly and extremely skilled.
I was very pleased with all the way they work and i also was really impressed to view someone show up Saturday afternoon to work on the Air Conditioner.
Fast services. The cost of services was very reasonable. I will call them again if needed. Thanks American Way Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning.

The worse experience and I didn't even get the guy to come out (and after the call, I wouldn't)... The owner (dispatcher) not only curse me out on the call and telling me that I am not listening. I simply scheduled about the issue on 5/10/14 (not the call today on 5/12) about the heater and air conditioning not working. They asked me question I did not know and they stated that they will charge me $75 to diagnose or the cost of the repair (upon diagnosis). They mention nothing about the issue and then they call 1 hour prior to the appointment and asking me additional questions that I would not know. He is telling me I should know this and I told him that I don't know because we just moved into the condo unit. So he asked one question about the condenser and I got the answer from the management. Then he asked another question if the condensers are labelled. I assume so but I told him that I do not know. What irritated me is that I told him, isn't this the reason why I CALLED YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE? I don't know the answer and I even stated that on the call. But instead of him apologizing or being thankful that I am going out of my way at the last minute to get answers, he is telling me that I should know and that this could take hours longer on the matter. Added, why didn't he address this on the call on 5/10? Why before the appointment. Personally, the dispatcher has no integrity or know how to deal with conflicts.. Especially when it was of their own doing.. I would think that this not unreasonable to ask.. Lastly, I understand that all customers are not truthful but in general.. Customers are usually right.. This is one of those when this customer is reasonable and is right... I would not recommend this because he don't want to do the work that is expected or at least should have gotten this matter addressed on the FIRST CALL! Is that unrealistic or unreasonable?
P.S. I called another service company and guess what? They didn't ask any questions.. They stated that it is part of the diagnosis.. What am I missing here? If your company has been in business for 15 years and knows how to do things professionally and effectively.. Why is it that other companies who schedule tell me that they could handle it without issue and don't need information to get things done? I don't get it.. Also, is cursing a potential customer show professionalism..
