Waiting time in this place is ridiculous Prices is too high and the TIME that is something that they should improve. The technician are walking around fix one thing and them walk away again.
And pay for alignment that they never did and have the balls to call me to tell me to come back.

While the staff is very cordial, I have had nothing but grief from the time spent having my automobiles worked on there. They had left a few bolts loose on the front cover of my Toyota FJ during a routine oil change, so the car was rattling for days before I brought it back for them to rectify. Then there was the time I brought in my new Dodge ram truck, and they broke a wheel stud off from over torqueing it with an impact gun. The last straw was when I had wheels and tires to get balanced. I left that day with worse vibration. I had to bring the truck back to the dealership, which they fixed the issue. While their prices are much better than the dealership, the amount of time spent with this establishment was a waste. Lesson learned, I'll be going to the dealership from now on for future work.

Had 2 tires mounted and balanced this morning. Got home and saw the absurd amount of wheel weights that were placed on the wheel. I paid extra money to have a "Performance" wheel balance with the Hunter Roadforce balancer. This is a prime example of what not to do when balancing a tire (I used to own a tire mounter and balancer). There are weights all over the wheel. Also, my tires were overinflated by nearly 20 PSI. Sadly, I will not return to this shop and hopefully you do not make the same mistake as me by going there.

I brought my car to them to do an alignment after lowering it because they have an in ground alignment rack. I get the car back, and the front camber is equally out of spec from when I dropped it off. This was both visually and confirmed by the provided spec sheet. It wasn't until I got back to the house that I looked at the spec sheet and it confirmed both sides were far out of spec. I called up and voiced my frustration and stated that I'm bringing the car back and I want the camber put in spec, that was the entire point of the alignment to begin with. The gentleman on the phone tells me that the camber is not adjustable. I laughed. I told him the front camber is absolutely adjustable and the adjustment is in the bolts that attach the bottom of the strut to the knuckle, and I'd be happy to go into the shop and show your tech how to do his job. I brought the car back, they corrected it. Issue was corrected, they apologized, but I just do not enjoy or appreciate inexperience working on my car, and then being fed lies when I call to inquire.

This place was fantastic when it was Old Bridge Tire. Ever since becoming American Tire, I am no longer a customer.

Went there with a puncture on Thursday afternoon. They were able to plug it while i waited. Great customer service, kept me informed of everything.
