Rude elderly man was there who couldn't hear for his life, yelled at me for asking questions, and didn't take credit or debit cards, and the woman who was next after me left after seeing how he treated me. As for me, I never went back there and took my belt somewhere else.

When I called to get a better idea of their service, the man who answered the phone was rude and almost unintelligible. He hung up on me after offering a monosyllabic answer to a question.
