They have teenagers working there during the weekend who have no idea what they re doing.
If you re trying to move stuff in or out , you can't park at all , because all of the Seaman s Furniture trucks are parked in the spot blocking the entryway.
The teenagers are unable to move the American Storage truck from the only spot that could ve been available for customers due to the fact that the truck driver is not available to move it and the teenage workers are NOT allowed to move the truck.
Stay Way from this place , don't waste your time.

Always surprisingly polite and pleasant, especially considering the behaviour I have come to expect from dudes who work in storage units. I have never been there when they're busy, so I have never had any problems with shortages of luggage carts nor have I ever even had to wait for an elevator. Remember to bring the key for your lock, though, the cutting fee is $25 (my own fault, I know) and you will have to buy a new lock. The locks are priced the same as they would be in a hardware store, so no issues there either. I have my storage unit there since 2007 (five years!) and don't see any need to change. The only problem is that detritus and dust from other units seems to accumulate through the mesh ceiling, so make sure to cover your things up well. And where are the brooms?

This place offers a fairly good price but it is not always convenient or well-organized. Some examples are:
They offer a free pickup and the driver was very nice and helpful. But due to bad traffic, all of our stuff had to emptied onto the loading dock. Since there were a few people loitering around, we felt vulnerable to theft. So one person had to stay with the stuff while the other took everything upstairs. As a result, the time unloading was doubled.
There are nice trolleys but they are always seem to be missing. The remaining ones are awkward and always run into the side.
The elevator was broken the day we were moving out. The maintenance elevator had to be used with the help of a member of staff but there was only 1 person available.
We had hoped to move out over Labor Day but the office was closed. We saw only 1 small sign posted outside the building. We had visited our storage unit on the Friday before and saw no signs at that time. Since we had arranged for a few friends to help load up the van, this was most inconvenient because no one could make the following day.
