I placed an order in December,part of the order was back ordered.Ihave sent several emails and was finally told the the rest of my order would be shipped the first of Feb.still waiting and they are not answering emails.Do not order from AMLAP.

I ordered a large amount of product before the Christmas rush, even got a confirmation e-mail regarding my order. After several unreturned e-mails, I tried calling them directly to find all of their phone numbers disconnected. No money has been removed from my bank account, so this leads me to believe this is A CLOSED STORE and hope Google removes them to save other people time and frustration.

I never got a shipping notice so I was worried when I saw the other reviews here. However, my package showed up complete today. It's 10 days after placing the order, but to be fair there were 2 weekends in those 10 days. The package says it is from Graves Company so I am not sure if it was a drop ship or the companies are one the same. The price on the templates was cheaper than Grave's website. Anyway - just takes a little longer for the order to ship and there won't be any notice....but otherwise everything seems legitimate.

I had the same problem as these other individuals, receiving emails that just said they were having technical problems relating to a move to larger facilities. The two numbers that I was able to find were no longer in service.

On the same day that I wrote this review in the a.m., I received my package in the afternoon. All items were included as ordered and I am satisfied with my order. I didn't receive any shipping information prior to receiving the package and I'm assuming that they have made their move since the package came from Florida. The only complaints I would have would be the fact that they didn't mention the move on their website and that I didn't receive any communication from them. Otherwise, I'm happy with my purchases.

I ordered over a week ago and still nothing. My payment was via PayPal, so it was paid for instantly and I got a email receipt from them.
The negative part is, I sent two emails, to inquire as to the status of my order and each time got back a robot email blaming servers and some move.
The next day, I tried to call and its always a busy signal.
Their website does not list a phone number, which should have been a red flag to me, but PayPal payment reassured me, so I will give it another day and then ask for my payment back, since American Lapidary does not want to communicate.
