Apparently I signed up for American Express Publishing and I have been getting emails from FWx. I have tried to unsubscibe but I get a message saying to "try again sometime". So I waited a week and tried again and got the same message. I went to this website for AmexPublishing and looked at the contact list. I tried the Online Media phone number and got a locksmith company (twice). I tried the general inquiry line and was told to try again. What is up with this?

“I ordered a set of 2012 Appointment Book and Mini-Scheduler books from American Express Publishing on 10/30/2011. I placed my order over the phone with a representative. I hung up the phone because the english was not good im just saying we need more english speaking customer service people

I ordered a set of 2012 Appointment Book and Mini-Scheduler books from American Express Publishing on 10/30/2011. I placed my order over the phone with a representative. I hung up the phone and realized I wanted to add personalization to my order. I called back within 2 minutes and the representative told me that I couldn't do that because my order hadn't made it into their system yet and that I needed to call back in 2-4 weeks and they would add it to my order at that time. I stressed my concern that by waiting 2-4 weeks my order would already be processed and unable to add on the personalization. The representative assured me that it would not be too late. I called back in 2-4 weeks and the representative told me that it was too late to add personalization. She agreed to add it and send out a second set of books that would have the personalization of the initials SG on them. She instructed me to not open the first set of books, but wait until I received the second set; I would call back and they would instruct me how to send them back.
I received the first and second set. I called and the representative told me that I could just keep both sets. I opened both sets of books and neither of them had the personalization I requested. I called back and was assured that the third set they would send out to me would have the personalization of the initials SG on them. I received the third set after January 1, 2012 and it did not have the SG personalization as promised 3 times. I called to speak with a supervisor and was told that she had left for the day, but was assured that she would call me first thing Monday morning. I never received a call and I waited a week and called back again. The supervisor I ended up talking to assured me that she would add the personalization to it and resend them out but I would have to wait the 6-8 weeks to receive them. She said she would send an email to the warehouse to see what she could do about speeding up the process and would email me when she got a response. A week went by and I did not receive a call from her. I called and the representative refused to let me speak with a supervisor. As of 2/19/12 I still have not received my correct books and nothing has been done to correct any of my troubles.
