BEWARE OF Chuck Masterson, aka American Construction, Elite Construction, Capitol Construction, Green Builders. He can change the name of his company all he likes but his address is the same. Do a search for Chuck Masterson on google or Capitol Construction and see all the bad press on him. BECAUSE HE IS A CON ARTIST and rips other contractors off.
I speak from experience, he ripped me off in the tune of $2500.00 and I know other contractors who have contacted me about him doing the same. He does not pay his vendors either. Just becareful!!!
