American Appliance has exceeded my expectations in every way. My refrig was not working and Jon arrived on time, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, installed a new part, vacuumed the back, put it back together and sat down for a few minutes to chat. All in half hour and at a reasonable price. Thanks a million for saving all my food, too.

John came on Saturday to look at my oven and dishwasher. Although there was a 4 hours arrival window, I was able to call the office in the a.m and get a better idea of when he would be coming. He was able to fix my oven quickly and had the part needed on hand. He then looked at my dishwasher, getting it to work again without needing any parts.
Good job! I will use them again and will tell my friends!

Great job. Came out early Saturday morning, had part in stock, and fixed leaky water dispenser on Whirlpool refrigerator.

Highly recommend!!! I have used American Appliance several times and was very happy with the service every time! They have always been on time and were able to finish the repair that day.

American Appliance has been to my home on several occasions and each and every time I have received excellent service. They have always arrived when they said they would, and fortunately always had the parts needed on hand to complete the repair. I would recommend American Appliance to everyone in need of a repair.
