The clothes at American Apparel are cool but a lot of them are overpriced. They hardly ever change up the styles, I have been seeing the same shirts and dresses for years. A regular white crop top can cost like $25 where I could go to forever 21 or H&M and get it for like $12. They do have nice outfits for going out and their high waist pants does fit any body type really well.

Same as every other AA in the city, though this location feels more cramped than the neighbor on Bleecker and 6th avenue.
