Absolute fucktards who have no idea how to run an airline. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. There's absolutely no exception to this rule. Guess it makes it easier to whole lot of employees if nobody knows what other areas are doing or how they operate.

Bad was going on a cruise ship in 2000 thay didn't even tall us the flight was cancelled we all most missed the boat thanks God for my friend asking the agents about the time

What a nightmare... AA lost two of my bags on a direct flight from Austin to JFK. I usually don't write reviews but this experience has been most frustrating and I'm just amazed on how unhelpful and unresponsive AA has been.

I was traveling with my wife and my 5 month old so we had lot of luggage. We decide to check-in one bag while ticketing with the $25 fee and the other bag was a carry on but AA made us check-in at the gate because flight attendant told us all the compartments were filled - i thought stuff like this only happens in Meet the Fockers?

When we arrived at JFK our bags did not come through the baggage claim. After waiting and checking with airport employees on the ground that all the bags our out from our flight. We reported our incident at the baggage claim and AA. Airport staff were rather helpful. They assured us that our bags will be delivered the same day. We were already exhausted from a long flight and traveling with our 5 month old daughter and plus our cab's been waiting over an hour which we had to pay extra charges...

We finally get home and call the AA and once again they assure us the bags will be delivered on the same day and that they will call us with an update... so we wait but no delivery... no update...

Since then both my wife and I have been calling AA everyday because unless you call them they will not call you to give you an update. The link they provide also does not provide any update. Not only that every time we call they tell us a different story on whereabouts of our bag and no one will call us back after promising to call us back.

4 days passed already and after 5th day it goes through claims. We're still hoping that they will call us with news on whereabouts or that they found our bags because we had many valuables in our luggage that are not necessarily replaceable with money.

I usually don't write reviews but this experience has been absolute nightmare and most frustrating experience. I'm just amazed how unhelpful and unresponsive AA has been.

There's a few good amount of things close by to eat at this terminal. Dunkin Donuts,Brooklyn Deli,Au Bon Pain, Cascata restaurant and bar. There's also a pizza store. Cascata have 9 seats at the bar and about 20 more at the table with stall seats.

I'm reviewing the Admiral's Club for this terminal. The space is quite large and at least for the times I've been there, empty and quiet. I love it that way however, it's so nice to relax before a 6 hour flight. The cafe/bar area is really nice, but the staff could be a bit more friendly, they seemed distracted and (not to me, but I overhead other interactions) sometimes a bit rude/short. The bartender also didn't know what a whiskey ginger was, which I found a bit odd (it's whiskey and ginger ale, not too complex). Overall though, I think the atmosphere is lovely, and the staff (aside from the cafe area) are really friendly. It's a bit of a walk from the security gate, but at least it's near the departing gates.
