This place will give you the RUN AROUND, so u should run away. Where is the old manager?! One positive about this place is the new doctor. He was amazing and Cathy was very nice as well. However, something ALWAYS seems to go wrong when I go here. I don't know why I give this place a chance. Why don't they check your insurance before asking you to fill out paperwork & giving an eye exam? Wouldn't that make more sense ?!! Why tell a customer that managers leave at 6, but I arrive at 5 and there is not one manager nor assistant manager insight (or at least that's what I was told)? That's beyond unprofessional. The women at the front desk offered an apology with no real sincerity behind. After getting a copy of my prescription I will stay away from America's Best. I'd rather go to Walmart.

We're all used to bate and switch at the eyeglass store so when the sales person told me the 2 pairs I selected would cost $139.00 not the advertised price of $69 I was not surprised. However after waiting an hour and then taking an eye exam when I sat down with the tech the price jumped to $229. When I told the manager that was not the price I was told, I was told it was my misunderstanding, when I refused to pay nearly double they wanted to charge me for the exam. Despite the advertising their sales tactics are no different than any other eye class store. Truly disappointing.

I had an amazing experience. My appointment was for 1030 and I didn't even wait. Every one was extremely nice here ! Espically the woman who sat there very patiently as I tried over and over to get contacts out for an hour! Not once did she seem like she was getting annoyed with me when even I got annoyed. Prices you can't beat it. I highly recommend this office. Staff was very friendly and the doctor was awesome.

Got my whole family glasses from here.... Very affordable. Doctors are very nice and even the staff.
I just have one comment! Its a very long waitinv to get check ( my husband went on a saturday and it takes him 2hrs. To be done ) given he didnt even get the eye drop thing that normally need to wait 20mins

Horrible experience !!!!! No customer service !!! Very rude with customers. I have been an eye care member for 3 years in VA. Unfortunately I will not renew because of my experience at this location in Union NJ. Doctor was great the counter worker need training on how to treat people. Very very rude and not knowledgable of their company or how to work the system. Total disappointment. Stay away!!!!
