Extremely helpful staff with information, and very efficient when it came to ordering food and helping recover my lost phone. Every staff member I encountered was great. There were several! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I was there Sunday before labor day. Both shifts.

My favorite place to watch a movie. Still is. But got bitten badly by bedbugs twice. Reported it to the management who were receptive and attentive. They offered comps but I turned it down. They assured that the exterminators would be there in a couple of days. My overall rating would have been higher and deservedly so if not for those two incidents.

You can purchase tickets on a screen not just on line. Pretty convenient. Comfortable seats just long lines most the time purchasing snacks but good customer service too. I like it!

Solid theater with plenty of screens and showings. Has a couple larger screens but the IMAX here is one of the "not really IMAX" deals (Only Lincoln Square is legit in Manhattan). Comfortable enough seats and good views though.
