Ambiance Express

Tried the turkey and it was DELICIOUS!!! The people were great and the food was well worth the wait... Would recommend to everyone

Horrible service, atrocious food!

I was craving for haitian food, and I swear I left work at 5pm, I call to order in advance and when I had arrived, of course no parking in front of the place, waited in the car for a little because I saw a long line-then while car wasn't park properly, I still ran inside. No one was at the front. Customers was ringing bell for someone to come. A lady came- when it was my turn-told them my order, she said order still wasn't ready. I probably called like 20 mins in advance. I am a little confused how ppl open a business and doesn't have a clue to run it. It is so sad, because I really want to support west indians, but honestly customer service sucks, nothing is organized. But hey, what the hell do I know, I just know I won't be spending my hard working money there. They know what they doing I guess. lol
