First complaint is that you do not even deal with an electrician, you get an answering service which takes your information and problem. If and when someone finally calls you, you then have to go over what is wrong again.
Finally someone came and after 10 minutes claims he does not have a ladder to reach the second floor awning (which was explained twice on the phone). So wht did you bother coming. Anyway they said they will return tomorrow. After 5 days, I call back again. Again they tell me (after talking to both the answering service and another electrician) they will be out that night if possible. The electrician calls again and says if not that night (he will do his best because he claims he is in the area) that he will be here the next day. He never showed. I am still waiting, and it has been over a week and a half.
It is my business they were supposed to come to. We are open 7 days a week, all day !! At least call me back so I can call an electrician that will show up.
