Samantha is the only reason I came to this location. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Plus she's cute as hell. Maggie The game master (also cute) was great too she was very helpful 10/10 coming back and will request her again.

Whomever thought of this concept is a genius! I called amazing escape room to book a room for my family and myself and I will start off by saying I recieved the best customer service ever. I spoke with the manager Samantha and I was originally going to book The bank robbery, thank god she recommended a easier room. Normally a sales person would sell anything, Samantha on the other hand is what I call a real buisness women. Not only did she sell she was honest and will definately have my family and I coming back....thank you staten island for this amazing buisness and thank you Samantha. If anyone is bored or need to get out of the house go here, ask for Samantha

Was a little skeptical after having a bad escape room experience in the city from a different company ... went twice to this one and it blew away my expectations! very hands-on/interactive - loved the scenery - i dealt w. the manager, sam on two different occasions and she was very warm and friendly - accommodated my six friends and made sure we had a good time even though i drove her crazy trying to book a time slot - great customer service like this will keep us coming back for sure!

So far I've done two of the four rooms here -- Superhero Alley with Vinny and The Heist with Maggie. Both were awesome game masters! My friends and I have done quite a few of these, but The Heist definitely stands out as one of the best rooms. We were told we were one of the top teams to try it, and we made it one clue from the end (my fault). Definitely stop in and try this out, you'll have a blast.

One word, ...Amazing!! Super friendly Staff, Well thought out rooms, Great themes! I did the Diamond Mine with a group of friends and although we didn't get out.. :( it was the most realistic Escape Room I've been to ( been to over 20 of them). Highly recommended!
