As a physical therapist at Performance Rehabilitation we care for a lot of different doctors patients and there are differences. What's great about Dr. Kharouba is his overall view of the patient as a total person and not just a particular illness at the moment. He emphasizes the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle through proper nutrition and exercise and I can tell you that all his patients are very well cared for.

Dr Kharouba has been my primary care doctor for 10 years now. I would like to sincerely thank Dr K. and his staff: Monica, Pedro , & Annabelle for the extra care, time, and effort they have put forth to accommodate their patients and making them feel like a Dr's visit can be a pleasant experience. I love you Dr. Kharouba and the ADVANCED MEDICAL ASSOCIATES OF WESTCHESTER family - God Bless !

I was VERY apprehensive finding a new doctor as my experience with my former doctor was horrible on all points. I'm very impressed with Dr. Kharouba. He is thorough, professional, and generous.. His office is very clean and organized.. Big points: CLEAN office, PLEASANT staff , EASY to get an appointment, and this is what I'm most impressed---I had very satisfied experience with Dr. Kharouba both in the hospital and at his office. Dr. Kharouba is very responsible and knowledgable. HIGHLY recommend--5 STAR! I wish all doctors follow this doctor's example!

Dr Tamir Kharouba is phenomenal man he is caring gentle and knowledgeable and explains everything step by step. I couldn't have found a better physician with the best STAFF .. Most important he listens an takes his TIME. Giving BEST results... You can always tell the ones who take pride in there expertise...Thanks Guys

I can't say much about the doctor himself because I never got to see him, however I will say this, the time management in that office is HORRIBLE. I went to the office twice, two days in a row. The first day I had an appointment scheduled for 1145 and I always give them an hour at least because I know that there are other patients, however I gave this office 2 hours of my time and still had yet to see the doctor. I had to go to work so I left very angry because for one I paid a cab to take me there and I was now late to work for a doctor I never seen. Against my better judgment I scheduled a next day appointment for 3pm when I was off to give them time to deal with others and there was no rush. This time I arrived to the office 20 minutes early, so at 2:40, and waited patiently to be called. Took a nap and everything. They finally called my name at 4. The nurse did his job, took my pressure, asked the necessary questions and said the doctor would be in with me shortly. 15 minutes later he came and moved me to another room where I waited more. 50 minutes later I asked if the doctor was almost finished with his other patient and the nurse said soon and apologized. At 5pm two complete hours after my scheduled appointment time I gave up and left WITHOUT seeing the sight of this doctor. Not only because I had been sitting there for several hours, but also because I did not want a bill from a place with the worst service and consideration for other people's time. Now I'm very understanding and patient but I have now wasted 4 hours of my life waiting for a doctor I never seen. Needless to say, I will never return to the doctors office and will be looking for a new pcp. Unless you have an entire day of free time and won't mind waiting literally forever I suggest you not to waste your time here.
