Entire office is always pleasant, always professional.
Dr. Bernstein has always treated me well, done good work. Anything happens, she takes care of it. I have had a few emergencies and had to get in, and it was no problem.

I was a patient here and had a crown done. It never felt right and I had a tough time flossing around it. Crowns are glued on, turns out she used to much it came out, hardened and was lodged unseen between my teeth. For several months I mentioned the problem and was told it was my imagination. Then the adjoining tooth being stressed by the chunk of glue shoved between them abscessed and I was told I need a root canal and a crown on that tooth. Eastern Dental found the glue and removed it. Ultimately I had a tooth die due to this and had to undergo the expense of a root canal and a crown.
