Always Professional Moving

My experience with this moving company was exceptional. Vladimir's customer service is phenomenal as well. The movers were pleasant, polite, and efficient. They carefully protected and moved all of my items in a very timely manner. I would definitely use this company again.

Very unprofessional. I moved from NJ to Florida. I had to call them in every step starting from sending me packing boxes to find out when coming to pick up stuff. . At the time of the quote I specifically asked to wrap and take my 3 paintings. One week before my move I called and told them that I also wanted to take my sofa and loveseat. I asked if it is okay. He assured me. Vladimir came and took the picture of my sofa but never uttered any thing about extra money or space. On the day of my move, the guy refused to take sofa set. Then said they will take them for extra $500. I agreed. I showed them what stuffs will go. They picked up the stuff. Then after putting 90% in the truck , they said there was no more space for my pictures, lamps and shades. After a lot of screaming, they took two of my paintings. Packed my tv but left the screws at home. Refused to take the DVD because it didn't have original box.
The shipment reached after two days of the scheduled delivery as the truck broke down and lost one of my pedestrian lamp. Vladimir was an useless person, who only knew to say sorry but didn't help us anyway.
So very disappointed and never yse them again.

Conor K. These movers were extremely professional, courteous, neat, on time. They wrapped all furniture including putting plastic wrap completely around mattresses. My parents said that they have moved many times of the last 30 years and that these movers were they best they have ever worked with. They were very impressed with the men that helped me move. I would definitely recommend them and I give them 5 stars. Great job !!!

I called around all afternoon until I found Always Professiona Moving. I highly recommend these guys. Vladimir, the man in the office, is helpful, professional and efficient.
Now for the most important part, our movers showed up early and worked carefully and fast. Our job was done before we knew it.
Our things were split between storage and our home and the movers had a lot of patience with me as I directed them with every piece. We plan to use them the next time we have to move.

All I can say is "What a good experience this was". I moved to another state and was really worried . The movers were on time, friendly and very professional! My stuff was wrapped with care. Packed, handled, loaded , and unloaded pretty fast and smooth. That has never happened before!!! I shouldn't worry whatsoever . These guys were amazing.
Another and maybe the main thing is : no hidden costs and overcharging!!!
Definitely I will contact them again the next time I move and will recommend them to my friends.
