Order few sandwiches and they were hard as a rock. Pay premium amount as well. This place used to be very good, I am not sure what happened. Very bad experience.

Damn! They were always known for having good food. I'm surprised by all the bad reviews. I only go there for the Cuban sandwiches.

I just went to order food (literally) and I had such high hopes but man I'm so pissed for waisting money and disappointmented because I expected better. When I say the food I ordered had no flavor it's because it seriously didn't. I'm so upset because it was a drive it's not like I live around the corner either.

The steak was as tough as an old shoe, the staff was rude..they overcharge for for your meal.. NEVER eat at this place..when u walk in all these crazy looking drunk man are standing around..very creepy..

If i wanted cold food i would have ordered a salad!!!!!. my chicken dinner was cold it took almost two hours for my food to arrive to my hotel. the staff was rude when i called to inquire about the status of my order, and they rushed me off the phone. when my order arrived i began to eat one of the sides which was red beans and rice. NO WHERE on the menu stated there was pork in the red beans, about 1/4 through the red beans i realized there was meat in the red beans. I am allergic to anything that has pork in it. When i called to clarify the "mystery meat" they confirmed that it was pork. I told the gentleman on the phone I was allergic. His response was "sorry honey don't eat another bite of those red beans". That was it. really? nevertheless the flavor of the chicken was good. but i am really disappointed in the service. Smh so while i suffer tomorrow from my allergic reaction. I plan on letting all my colleagues know to never order/dine at this restaurant.
