So I learned that you probably have to sell your house when you divorce if you refuse to leave it to your ex-wife. So instead of taking her appraiser at face value I hired Alta Associates to tell me the real value of the house. The price came out to be higher than what her appraiser said, and so after some arguing it was determined that she would buy my share of the house. So in the end I got more than half of what her appraiser said, so Alta knows their work well.

Best appraisal service there is, without a doubt. Every other service I tried could not compare to Alto Associates, and now I don’t use any other. Then when my sister needed an appraisal, I directed her straight to them and she also shares my sentiments on the company. You need these guys in your life.

Getting a real estate appraisal wasn’t hard to get with Alta Associates Appraisals. We heard many good things about them, and decided we should give them a try. What was said about them was right! They provided a great appraisal for us. We were happy with their service!

Simply the best appraisal service there is! When we needed an appraisal on a commercial property, they not only arrived on the time we agreed on, but they were very reliable. I’m so happy that we had chosen to use their service. If there’s another appraisal needed, I know where to go.

Don’t even go anywhere else. Don’t try any other appraiser. These guys are the real deal, and I mean that. I don’t even like writing reviews usually, but I had to, had to say something great about Alta Associates and how much they’ve helped me. I doubt I would be where I am at today without their assistance. Thank you so much.
