Ordered over $10,000.00 worth of windows and doors. One of the windows arrived damaged. The incorrect replacement arrived at their store 2 weeks after we reported the damage. When I called back to request that the correct item be replaced( a second time), the front desk woman, showed no interest in helping and said that they'd send only the frame of the window and we would have to put it together ourselves. They also made no effort in having it delivered (as it originally was paid for) or get it to us in a timely fashion. After being ignored for days, we had to go get the window from another vendor. Not recommended at all...
