Will never return. Group of my friends and myself were sitting in an area for over an hour and then asked to move. Owner said the spot was reserved, yet there was no reservation sign. Management was unprofessional and rude to customers. He stated, "do you understand English." Will never return. They are also in need of a bartender who knows how to make drinks.

Surprisingly nicer than I might have expected given the location and the lack of signage or curb appeal. There's not much to the interior - long dark wooden bar on the left side of the place, and a line of lounge tables/seating on the right side ... which leaves a good amount of room for dancing and partying. I think this is probably a great spot for birthdays or other occasions if you're near alphabet city, but am not sure if its a neighborhood hangout of sorts.

Funky East Village bar with interesting live bands. The bar is rather small and you feel a little bit cramped around the round bar. On a night I was there, a Bob Marley type band was entertaining the crowd. Although it was fun, I felt like a sardine and left the bar rather quickly. Come here with the right expectations and enjoy the drinks if you don't mind the tight East Village quarters.

The lounge is cool fun and very retro, however the drinks are extremly pricey for an lounge. Also the alpha lounge is very small and gets crowdy with random arms and legs flying every where. The music is good very 80s and, 90s. High male to female ratio, most females come to alphabet lounge with a husband or boyfriend. Single women are a gem here. The alpha lounge patrons are mostly hipster transplant types who love 80s music. I love 80s music too but hipster crowd is crazy. Not much native new yorkers at this place. Its only good for retro music, any thing else check out other near by spots.
